Data Law Video

In this video, I explain what data law is in about ten minutes. Data law is a part of cyberlaw, and data law has four main subcomponents:

- Secure data disposal

- Data breach notification

- Cybersecurity

- Privacy.

Everyone needs to know something about law (especially non-lawyers).

Tech professionals need to know something about cyberlaw and data law.

If you are a lawyer in data privacy, I am sure you will find areas for suggestion or improvement and I welcome that.

If I have already thought of the issue you raise I will try explain my reasoning. If not I will admit it.

For you language experts, am I justified in using “cyberlaw” (no space) but “data law” (with space)?
